This page explains what personal data Riviera Sodipa collects on this website, why, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data controller

Riviera Sodipa, SARL with a share capital of €76,224.51, RCS 398 626 143, 431 Route du Tiragon, Z.I. du Tiragon, BP 12, 06370 Mouans-Sartoux, France. Contact: contact@riviera-antipasti.com, +33 (0)4 92 92 13 00.

Data collected

The website only collects personal data when you fill in the contact form: company, business type, full name, country, e-mail address, phone number, subject and content of your message. Required fields are marked with an asterisk.

To protect the form against abuse, the sender’s IP address is used temporarily (10 minutes at most) to limit the number of submissions. It is not stored with your enquiry.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry (sending the catalogue, product information, sales contact) and to follow up on that relationship. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.

Recipients

Enquiries are handled by the Riviera Sodipa sales team. The website is hosted by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, acting as a data processor. Data is hosted in the European Union.

Retention period

Enquiries sent through the form are kept for 3 years from receipt, then deleted automatically.

Cookies

The website only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, unless you accept audience measurement.

With your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure visits statistically: pages viewed, products viewed, catalogue requests, form submissions. The _ga and _ga_* cookies are only set if you click “Accept all”, and are kept for 13 months at most. Some data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No advertising cookies are used.

Your choice is stored for 6 months in the riviera_consent cookie. You can change it at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; refusing deletes any audience measurement cookies already set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@riviera-antipasti.com or to the postal address above. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
